Returns Policy
If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item purchased at distance simply let us know via email within 14 days of delivery that you intend to return the item.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When your return is approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if you inform us via email of the return within 14 days of purchase. The return must be dispatched to us within a further 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
